Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority at THE PC LAB. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process smooth and hassle-free for all physical products.
If you have a change of heart, South African law provides a 7-day "cooling-off" period for online product purchases. You may return your items for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. Please note that our return and exchange policy does not apply to service-based offerings, including PC repairs, website design, or diagnostic fees, as these are rendered services and are non-refundable once completed.
